Bringing the Retro back

Hi guys…

Now November is going to end and the peak of winters are going to be here soon.Bringing the weather of those cozy and cute sweaters. But for me , in Hyderabad , winters are not really much to be excited about, except those after the dark slight chilly breeze and an amazing cup of hot coffee. That is not actually so bad , as i can still have fun wearing my crop-tops and off shoulder dresses tops.

So, today I bring to you a red off shoulder dress , which I stitched on my own (big achievement!!!). For this dress I went for a retro feel with cinched waistline , puffed knee length skirt bottom , ruffled off shoulder and obviously to give it my touch I made it backless with lace to tie at back like a small bow.

Off shoulder’s have really been in trend this summer and was one of my favorite go to styles ( after boyfriend jeans, white tank top and sneakers 😉 ). This style dates back to the 1800’s , being on and off on the runway all 20th century , but saw a huge come-back this year.
I paired it up with my brown jutti’s , an old world map print sling back and my favorite shakti necklace. To complete this look I made a loose bun, and a nude lipstick . Viola !! I m done getting ready for a brunch or a day out with my friends.

till next time xoxo,
